William W. Wheeler Jr. is a distinguished attorney with over 26 years of dedicated service in municipal and family law. Billy earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1995 and Juris Doctorate in 1998 from the University of Oklahoma. Shortly after finishing Law School, Billy was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar and has been practicing law ever since. Over the course of his career, Billy has worked in the Logan County District Attorney’s office for five years, and has been in private practice for 21 years. In November of 2013, Billy joined forces with his wife, Sheri L. Mueller, to form Mueller, Wheeler & Associates, PLLC.
A proud resident of Guthrie, Oklahoma, he is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and a member and past president of the Logan County Bar Association. Billy has been married to his wife, Sheri L. Mueller, for 24 years, and they have two beautiful daughters. When he is not practicing law, Billy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing his many (but not enough) guitars.

Sheri began her legal career with her husband, William W. Wheeler Jr., in Guthrie, Oklahoma, in 2000 as a partner in the law firm of Mueller and Wheeler, PLLC. In 2003, Sheri became Vice-President and general counsel of American Eagle Title Insurance Company and Logan County Abstract Company of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Sheri’s career path next led her to be a corporate attorney for a national retail chain with more than 480 stores nationwide. In 2011, Sheri’s legal career returned full circle, and she once again went into private practice in Guthrie, Oklahoma. In November of 2013, Sheri again joined forces with her husband, William W. Wheeler Jr., to form Mueller, Wheeler & Associates, PLLC.
Sheri received her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University, a Master’s Degree in Anthropology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Logan County Bar Association, and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Sheri has been married to her husband, William W. Wheeler Jr., for 24 years, and they have two beautiful daughters. With over 24 years of legal practice, Sheri focuses on all real estate matters, including but not limited to real estate, tax deeds, quiet title actions, estate planning, trusts, probates, and business formation.
