Billy earned a Juris Doctorate in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma. That same year, Billy was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar and has been practicing law ever since.
A proud resident of Guthrie, Oklahoma, he is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, a member and past president of the Logan County Bar Association, and a member of the Guthrie, Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce. Billy’s legal practice focuses on family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, and municipal law. With over 23 years of trial experience, four of which were spent in the Logan County District Attorney’s office, Billy has the experience and expertise to assist you with all your legal needs effectively.
